Pooky Dog is a UK marketplace for dog owners and dog businesses. Book checked groomers, walkers, sitters, kennels and trainers, and buy from independent sellers, all paid safely through Pooky Dog.

For dog owners

Find a checked business. Tell us what your dog needs and where you are. Every business you can book or buy from is checked: ID, insurance, and a council licence where the law needs one.
Book and pay here. You see the price and the business’s cancellation rules before you pay. We hold your money until the appointment is done.
We’re here if it goes wrong. If the business cancels, you get everything back. If there’s a problem, report it within 48 hours and we look into it.

You can also buy from independent sellers: one basket, one payment, each seller posts their own items, and you have 14 days to change your mind. Messages go through Pooky Dog, so your email and phone number stay private.

For dog businesses

List your business free, take bookings and payments online, sell products, message customers and collect reviews, all from one dashboard. We check every business before it goes live, and pay you through Stripe, our payments partner, once each appointment is done.

Pro adds tools to grow: email offers to your past customers, social posts, a richer page and more. It never changes where you appear in search.

What it costs

Booking a service	The business’s price, plus a £1.50 booking fee per booking.
Buying in the shop	The item price and the seller’s delivery charge. No extra fee.
Listing a business	Free.
Our commission	10% of the price of each completed booking, and 10% of the item price of each shop sale, VAT included. Nothing on delivery charges.
Pro (optional)	£12 a month or £120 a year (VAT included). 30 days free once a business is approved.
Pro Team (optional)	£29 a month or £290 a year (VAT included).
