How are doggy day cares on Pooky Dog checked?
Before any business goes live we see its public liability insurance and its end date, and its council licence, and Stripe checks the owner's ID when they set up payments. If insurance runs out, the page goes offline until it's renewed.
Can I trust the reviews?
Only customers whose booking was completed on Pooky Dog can review, one review per booking, and every review is shown, good or bad.
What if I need to cancel?
